Child Safety Standards

This page describes Decked's standards and practices to prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on the Decked mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Peak Hit Technologies (Pty) Ltd ("Peak Hit Technologies", "Decked", "we", "our", or "us").

Decked is a dating and social discovery platform for cruise ship crew. We are committed to keeping our community safe and to complying with applicable child safety laws and the platform requirements of the app stores on which Decked is distributed.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sextortion, trafficking of a child for sex, or any conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited. CSAM includes any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct. We do not permit the storage, sharing, solicitation, or distribution of CSAM on Decked.

2. Age requirement

Decked is intended only for adults aged 18 and older.

• Users must confirm they are at least 18 when creating an account.
• We do not knowingly permit minors to use the Platform.
• If we learn that a user is under 18, we may suspend or remove the account and delete associated data where appropriate.

3. Prohibited conduct

Users must not:

• Engage in grooming or sexual exploitation of any person, especially minors.
• Share, request, or distribute CSAM or any sexual content involving minors.
• Use Decked to contact minors for sexual purposes.
• Impersonate a minor or misrepresent their age to facilitate harmful conduct.
• Harass, coerce, or threaten any user in a sexual context.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination and referral to law enforcement where required.

4. In-app reporting and blocking

Decked provides in-app tools so users can raise safety concerns without leaving the app:

• Report user — available from user profiles and chat, with selectable report reasons.
• Block user — prevents further contact from a reported account.
• Settings → Blocked users — review and manage blocked accounts.

Reports are reviewed by our team. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other action consistent with these standards and applicable law.

5. How we address CSAM and CSAE reports

When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on Decked, we take appropriate action, which may include:

• Removing the content and disabling the responsible account.
• Preserving relevant records where legally permitted and necessary for investigation.
• Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities where required by law.
• Cooperating with law enforcement requests in accordance with applicable legal process.

6. Compliance with child safety laws

We design our safety practices to comply with applicable child safety and child protection laws in the jurisdictions where we operate, including requirements relating to illegal content, reporting obligations, and cooperation with authorities.
